I was on the fence about leaving this, but I'm just going to do it. I went a few months back for new tires after blowing one out on I-294. That experience was great! Went for my first oil change, and that experience was great. I went in for my second oil change last week, waited 45 minutes, and then I was told the bolt for the oil pan was stripped and couldn't be taken off securely without replacing the oil pan. Mind you, my car is three years old, 75k miles, but also my oil changes are every 10k miles. I've had multiple vehicles at this point, all have been driven for most of their lifespan, and I've never had to replace an oil pan with regular oil changes. I saw the picture with my uncle. To me, it was obvious that the bolt was overtightened and that's why it broke. Initially, the gentleman I spoke to wanted to cover the labor and just have me pay parts. Then, when it was argued based on what else I said in this review, he told me the the parts would also be covered by the shop. Okay. I brought my car in this morning, and the gentleman up front (different from previous gentleman) was nice. Brought my car in, got it fixed up, and he sent me on my way with a $0 charge. Then, I received a call 20 minutes later about how I need to pay for the oil change. Fine, but why not address it before I left? He was very short with me on the phone. I got the invoice, checked over the oil myself at home to confirm, and paid the invoice after confirming everything was changed out. I considered three stars, given my previously good experiences, but I also was a bit frustrated with how my issue traded hands multiple times, wasn't really documented (I had to explain the situation again this morning, and there was no paperwork regarding any of it prior, even after I was told to bring in my car today by the first gentleman). I don't think its a bad shop by any means, but more than likely just disorganized and not-so-great in dealing with these things. I won't be back though, but at a minimum, they should work on their organization, understand when they do something wrong, and fix any issues they caused with minimal fuss. I thought I found my shop for regular auto work, but I'm on the hunt again. 🫡 I hope for the best for them, but it just wasn't a great experience for me.

Price was a little higher than expected. Tech did not clean the lubricant used to mount the tires off the rims.

The staff were really sweet and genuine, it was a very easy process and they were really quick with my oil change, would really recommend coming here.
