Waited 50 minutes on an emissions test before I asked how much longer. At that point they finally noticed that a truck was blocking that bay and had been! If anyone was paying attention to anything other than their own phone, they would have seen and mitigated the issue. Waiting nearly an hour before you have to ask what is going on and finding out they don't know, is enough reason to go somewhere else. Poor attention to detail and situational awareness. Tech good, reception people suck. Also: they don't respond to website appointment requests!
